An ultrasonic sensor is a device that measures the distance to an object using high-frequency sound waves. By emitting a sound pulse and measuring the time it takes for the echo to return, it calculates the exact distance. It is widely used in robotics, smart automation, and parking sensors

Description

These sensors operate on the Time-of-Flight (ToF) principle, using the following process: 
    1. Transmission: The sensor sends out a high-frequency acoustic wave (typically 40 kHz), which is above the range of human hearing.
    2. Reflection: If the sound wave hits an obstacle or target, it bounces back toward the sensor as an echo.
  • Calculation: The sensor calculates distance (D) by multiplying the sound wave’s velocity (V) by the time (t) it took to return, divided by two (since the wave traveled to the object and back):
