To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support via email or phone with your Order ID and issue details
Share clear images or videos (if requested) for verification
Once approved, we will provide return instructions
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Eligible products will be replaced with the same item, subject to stock availability
